Shipping Policy – Service Hut Direct

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared.

Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email/WhatsApp update once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

 

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We deliver anywhere in South Africa through trusted courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times:


  • Major cities: 1–3 business days
  • Regional/outlying areas: 3–5 business days
  • Rural/remote areas: 5–7 business days

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a courier tracking number to follow your delivery.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size/weight.

Free or discounted delivery promotions may apply during sales or special campaigns.

 

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

If your tracking link does not update within 48 hours, contact us and we’ll assist directly with the courier.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels

Please notify us within 48 hours if:

  • your parcel arrives damaged,
  • tracking shows no movement, or
  • delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.

We will assist with a courier investigation and arrange a replacement or solution where applicable.


Incorrect Addresses

Service Hut Direct is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.

 

Call-Out Services (TPMS & Diagnostics)

For services requiring on-site visits:

  • A call-out fee will be charged based on your location.
  • Service bookings must be confirmed in advance.
  • Travel fees apply to Cape Town & surrounding areas.

Note: Call-out fees are separate from product shipping fees.
